BlogSafar provides a social media platform that allows users to create profiles, post content, share information, and connect with others. The Services are provided "as-is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

 * Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

 * Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. BlogSafar cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

 * One Account per User: You agree not to create more than one account for yourself without our express permission.

4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, images, photos, videos, sounds, and other content or materials that you submit, post, or display on or via the Services ("User Content").

You agree not to post User Content or engage in any activity that:

 * Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force.

 * Contains a software virus or any other computer code, file, or program designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

 * Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.

 * Is used for spamming, phishing, or spreading malware.

 * Is used for any commercial solicitation without our prior written consent.

Violation of these guidelines may result in the removal of your content and/or the termination of your account.

5. User-Generated Content

 * Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of the User Content you create and post on BlogSafar.

 * License to BlogSafar: By posting User Content, you grant BlogSafar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, and publicly display such content. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except to the extent your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

6. Our Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of BlogSafar and its licensors. The BlogSafar name, logo, and the design of the Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

7. Termination

 * By You: You can terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.

 * By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOGSAFAR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLOGSAFAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR ₹1000).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlogSafar, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
